Here's a fight scene from Mega Man X4:
"Mega Man, alternatively written as Megaman and MegaMan, known as Rockman (ロックマン Rokkuman?) in Japan, is a video game franchise from Capcom, starring the robot character Mega Man, or one of his many counterparts. Mega Man, released for the Nintendo Entertainment System
in 1987, began a series of over 50 games on multiple systems. As of
December 31, 2010, the series has sold approximately twenty-nine million
copies worldwide, making it Capcom's most prolific franchise.[1]" - Wikipedia
Here's where you can find the game: Mega Man X Collection - PlayStation 2.
And here's my VECTO scene of the week:
(Previously: After the military police officers are dispatched by Botland's teammates Crysilis and Streamline, Botland grabs commander Sable by the throat.)
"Where's Morphaal?!" Botland yelled.
"How--how would I know?" Sable struggled to speak. "I don't know a blasted thing!" He struggled to free his throat from the leader's firm grasp but couldn't even budge him.
"Stop lying, Sable!" Botland said. It didn't matter that Sable was Phantom's father--he had betrayed his son before and now betrayed all life, he thought. He stared into Sable's brown eyes and lowered him to the ground, loosened his grip for him to talk.
Sable gasped for air, but his answer was the same. "It's the truth, you moron ...."
Botland tightened his grip again and slammed him against the wall a second time. With his other hand, he raised his index finger to eye level. It was the one that cut open the door.
"Zendora!" Sable gasped, prompting the figure to loosen his grip. "I heard rumors that he's come back from the dead and has his eyes set on planet Zendora. That's all! I don't know!"
Botland let go of his throat. "Zen-dor-a," he pronounced. "I recall that your son was born and raised there--a hidden planet you left behind and could never find again. Am I right?"
"And what do you know of that?" Sable asked, loosening the collar of his black and gold military uniform. "That's classified information. Only top officials and the Alpha Squad know about that planet."
"That's correct," the figure replied.
Sable looked at Crysilis and Streamline below the steps and back at the leader. "So it's true after all--that the A.S. died and another took its place." He clutched his fists. "Then you should know that the A.S. derived from the SS5 organization, an organization I formed. And you should know that these policemen you dispatched are child's-play compared to them. Even Phantom, Gyro and Vecto were part of this organization before the A.S."
"Negative," the figure corrected him.
Sable raised an eyebrow. "What?"
"I was not a member of the SS5."
Sable looked him over and saw the insignia on his chest. It was a "V" with three wavy lines crossing it. He popped his knuckles to hide his uneasiness. "So, if it isn't Vecto? That explains things. . . . I thought you were a robot."
"You should not always believe your eyes," Vecto Botland replied.
Sable looked at his human form. "Always something new to learn about you. So what else do you want from me?"
"You helped bring back Morphaal, and you know where he is!" Vecto shoved him into the wall. "So start talking! Where's Morphaal?! Where's Zendora?! And what does he want with that planet?! Or have you forgotten that my Force Field Shields can suck the carbon atoms from your body?" Vecto placed his hand on Sable's chest.
"What are you, crazy?" Sable said. "I had nothing to do with bringing Morhaal back!" He glanced at Vecto's hand on his chest, knowing he couldn't remove it with strength. "All right, all right. Let's make a deal. I'll tell you what I know on one condition."
Vecto retracted is hand. "That is?"
(Is Vecto now human? What kind of deal is Sable trying to make with him? And what does Sable really know about Morphaal? Find out more in the next installment of VECTO!)
